    Steps to put an ink cartridge in an HP printer

    Step 1: Turn on the HP printer and avoid opening the ink cartridge before it is all set to use. Otherwise, it can cause damage to the new ink cartridge.

    Step 2: You will see an access door of the ink cartridge leading your printer with a small handle. Open that door and wait.

    Step 3: After that, the ink cartridge in the printer will start moving. Stay idle and don’t touch anything until it stops moving.

    Don’t worry if you have a laser printer. The process isn’t complicated to insert a cartridge into the printer. You can easily replace toner cartridges by following the underneath steps sequentially and cautiously:

    Step 1: Elevate the scanner part and the upper cover of the printer.

    Step 2: Use the handle to remove the toner cartridge by slightly sliding the handle upward.

    Step 3: Now, it’s time to insert a new toner cartridge. Just open the new toner cartridge and detach the outer plastic cover.

    Step 4: Hold the ink cartridge and push it towards the printer until it takes its position.

    Step 5: Now, put back the upper cover of the printer and scanner part.

    Step 6: It’s all set to use. You can now print your documents without any hindrance.
